can I adjust beat enough with these specs?

  All Below is what I pulled not sure if I can tweak the settings to run the new game. Do I need new computer or just new video card? Any help is appreciated and I know this is redundant for most on here.

A new video card, for sure.  The CPU is at the low end.  I would not spend a lot on a video card as the CPU is going to be the bottleneck if your card is too fast.

thanks for the quick reply in short a new card will get it going but really time to update the computer.

Before you purchase a new card be sure the PSU can handle it!

+1 for the PSU. Since it's a prebuilt, the components usually don't haven't been chosen with upgrading in mind.
