I have no idea.  A couple of years ago CH published some screenshots of the A-10 joystick for their OEM line intended to be used for professional grade flight simulators and that was it along with word that there were no plans currently to release a consumer version.  I'm sure you can call CH and ask for their OEM sales department but I figure it isn't going to be cheap.
