IL-2 Type 3 - Pilot Wound Bug?
« on: April 10, 2016, 12:37:21 AM »
On Friday night, the 412th launched 20 IL-2s in FSO.

We came under heavy attack and had at least 5 pilot wounds with very few rear guns being disabled.

Just seemed like a lot of PW's. The cockpit of the IL-2 was heavily armored IRL, perhaps a look at why this would happen?
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Had my IL-2 pilot killed by the pintle gun of a Panzer (from the front), seems very unlikely that the pilot was that vulnerable to small arms fire irl.
