Of course it is the video streaming.  Level3 is the primary ISP for Netflix.

game pretty much unplayable, frame rate dropped out, crowded areas, bad lat.......................... .......220+ms
I usually do not get this but ping plots lately always show mush and packet loss.

Oh well, always tomorrow.
