Welcome to Beta DX9/DX11 Patch 24. This were built and released on June 10, 2016.
Test goals:------------------
Test stability of both DX11 and DX9 versions.
DX11 should be stable but may have some small graphic abnormalities.
The bug posted in the the last 2 releases are still on my list of items to do.
This release is primarily DX11 fixes,and support of VR head sets.
Please continue to post the bugs in there appropriate DX11 or DX9 thread.

Action: HTC Vive controllers are now mappable.
Action: Fixed an issue where some windows would not load there saved position correctly.
Action: HTC Vive head set now defaults to zero position when removed from your head.
Action: Fixed an issue causing text and the clip board to appear double visioned with VR headsets.
Action: Fixed some issues with VR mouse control not functioning correctly.
Action: Fixed the shadow issue in the hangar.
Action: The "Track IR Object Relative" options is now in the VR setup.
Action: Added a VR options dialog under Options->Preferences. (The grayed out options are simply not finished.)
Action: Fixed the jet sound issue with the B-25H.
Action: Moved some object placements reported by Bizman.
Action: Modified the debris shapes and scale?
Action: Fixed an issue which was causing the canopies to cast shadows.
Action: Changed the methodology of the gun sight display for VR. This allows it to now clip correctly to the gun sight frame.
Action: Changed the default terrain detail from 2 to 6.
Action: Fixed a bug with terrain shadows not displaying correctly in DX11. This would make the beaches look dark.
Action: The caret (IE Text Cursor) is now functioning in VR.
Action: Fixed an issue the the Terrain Editor causing a CTD when deleting spawn points.
Action: Fixed some issues with AC3d object conversions and textures.
Action: When building square tiles the Object Editor also now builds an _EV and _CL textures which must also be put in the terrain folder.
Additional Information:

Use the ".psave filename" command to save your position in the terrain/world. If you do not provide a file name, then file will be saved as "cmepos.txt" in the "settings" folder. Thank you!

THE BETA TEST IS OPEN TO EVERYONE.Note, we have had many reports of Avira, Avast, Norton, and Kaspersky false triggering on the patch files as well as the entire Beta installation file. Either include the file name in the ignore list of your anti-virus, or disable your anti-virus before updating/installing to mitigate the false triggers.
