The madness continues with that penalty shoot out last night.

If there was any hardproof evidence of rigging football matches that has to come pretty close.   

I'm going to have to watch it again just to make sure I wasn't dreaming.    Germany missing 3 penalties and still winning outrageous.

At defending for sure but you cant win games if you dont convert possession into goals which has been englands problem all tournament how to break down teams playing counter attack.

Im looking on the positive side rooney and joe hart shouldnt be in the next tourny and we have lots of promising young players that should mature before the next WC.

As Iceland were one of my picks I hope they go on and do well.

bah les Bleus totally deserved it.   It was a penalty, it looked harsh at first but the replay clearly showed he was attempting to prevent the French player from getting a clean header and the ball hits his hand. 

The German incident was outside anyway.  The French looked more creative and Giroud wasted a couple of easy 1vs1 opportunities.  Could have easily been 4-0.

So the final, everyone has France as solid favourites but Portugal seem to have some kind of voodoo luck preventing them from getting Knocked out.  A hard one to predict for sure.
