Had an awesome 1v1 with 49Merlin at mid channel that lasted well over 10 minutes. It had all the aspects of a really fun fight; the cat and mouse phase at 2-3k where we're both trying gain a position advantage for the next series of merges, the initial 2-3 merges where we're both balls to the wall maneuvering and the last phase where we've blown most of our e and it becomes a very close quarter affair with both aircraft constantly on the verge of a stall.
I got a lucky break and help arrived just in time but I would definitely take a loss for the adrenaline rush of that kind of fight. This is why I'm in the game and I thoroughly enjoyed that frame. The 109/Spit is one of the best historical match ups in the game.
