I guess I was wrong
« on: September 08, 2016, 01:37:13 PM »
At this very moment, there are 100 in AHII and 45 in AH III. Each time I in the past hours, AH III had considerable less numbers.
Which is no surprise, I guess it will stay like that until AH II is shut down.

Now 17 in AHII vs 42 in AH III. No recent arena reset or any other specific reasons for lower player count in AHII.

Seems the few remaining AH euro primetime players are less averse to change than I thought  :old:

US primetime's been similar ish.  ~100 or so AH3, ~70 or so AH2.  After about 10 or 11 EST AH2 dies out quickly, while AH3 seems to hold its numbers better until around midnight EST or so.

I would hope some arena message goes out explaining the migration of players..
There are those players that don't go to the BB'S & forums and must be scratching get their heads over low numbers..

last night around California 6pm, AHIII had 120 players. First time I've seen that many in the arena.

I announced AHIII in AHII the other night before going into 3.

Now 3 is messed up bad as water and sky are so alike. I actually crashed in mid air while landing on a CV.

Might want to get your eyes tested, wear glasses like I do. I'm yet to crash into the sea, or not realise the arti-horizon is upside down.

The switch seemed to stall there for awhile staying at about 50% then suddenly went to nearly 3 to 1.  My squade went into ah2 a few days ago and noticed quite a bit of vox and text traffic of people surprised ah2 was coming to an end.  Lots of players never come to the forum.

The water issue was fixed by yesterday's patch update and was only affecting the Dx11 version. Water looks wet & wavey again.

I've gone AHIII only.  Took me a few days but more things work as I hoped than not.  Performance great.  :rock

It would help those that use a mouse to know that shift ; will toggle the modes of plane control (command vs. direct).  This way the plane moves the way you'd expect (in AH2 etc.).

Go for it guys!  :aok
