There's several "driver updater" programs available, but I wouldn't trust them. They've installed drivers that have been too modern or otherwise incompatible for older components carrying similar names to new ones.
Basically the only drivers you'd like to check for updates are for the video card. If you're using a fancy sound card, check the updates there, too. Updating the motherboard bios might also improve your system. Don't update blindly, though, reading the improvement list tells if there's something for you. If not, stay happy with the ones you're using.
Don't fix if it isn't broken.
