Hello,

Can someone please give me the minimum settings I need to change to adjust video and graphic detail? I getting 6-9 fps and this is not acceptable to play.
I do have a 2gb card and would rather not upgrade at the moment.

Thanks

Would help to know what graphics card you have. For starters, push all your sliders to the far left and turn environment slider to 0. Reduce your textures to 512 in the video settings as soon as the game starts.

Yes, the dxdiag would help.

There's 2 gb cards that are not meant for gaming other than solitaire and minesweep no matter what their website says.

Unfortunately I have a dell Inspiron 660 with 2gb onboard. No PCI3 slot on motherboard so no upgrade without doing the entire box.
Will try the recommendation and let you know.

Thanks

Your prolly going to have some problems, it might help to reduce your resolution as well.

Oh crap. The 2 GB is most likely part of the regular RAM so it's slow, too...

Instead of a full upgrade you might just get a new motherboard with a PCI-E slot. With 7 it would be rather safe and easy since it comes with a license sticker allowing for easy reinstall. I'm not 100% sure about 8, since I don't know where the license code is hard coded. I'm afraid it's on the motherboard so some precautions would be needed before refurbishing the system. Finding the product key: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-windows_install/where-do-i-find-the-windows-8-product-key-when-it/d4c5c0c1-825d-47f2-9bed-d9625c7e68ff?auth=1. Also, the power supply cable should be checked for incompatibility issues. Anyway, that would be doable for much less than a new computer.
