Clipboard opening causes serious frame rate drop

when i am flying i'm running a solid 59 FPS.  if i open clipboard it drops to 30.  same happens in hanger and tower.  only when clipboard is opened, stays that way until i close it.  dxdiag below.  only since last 2 updates

UPDATE, it's not a problem in DX9....only happening in DX11

I get this too.  There is something about the clipboard that is a HUGE hit to framerates.

Mine go from steady 59 in flight with occasional stutters, then drops to 20-22 FPS with the clipboard open.

Also running DX11 version.
