Rolling the dice with Windows Update

As a Windows Insider it is your duty to let Microsoft know about issues that you run into. Having received a preview of the latest update and discovering an issue whereby the updated computer becomes a schizophrenic device (in an endless install/uninstall cycle) many of the Insiders then informed Microsoft, who the released the update anyway.
Yet another broken Windows 10 Update
describes the problem (article by Brad Sams, who is a Paul Thurott site editor).

...who then released the update anyway.
Why are we still using Winblows again?

FINALLY! Microsoft has listened and added an address bar to the Registry Editor. You may not see it until the next big update, but it is now part of the preview so we know it's coming.
