Hard to know for sure, but . . .
The first signs of a failing PSU are audio anomalies, followed by potential data loss, followed by component failures. Great news right? While a card may sound fine while the system is more or less at rest, it can create anomalies under stress. Aces High is fairly stressful on any computer. Once this starts you can try a reboot, but if it is consistent then you may want to consider having your PSU stress tested, or replaced.
Audio anomalies are not an absolute, but I always prefer to be safe than sorry.
That said, you might offer up a DXdiag and wait for other comments.
