OK np here are the original DXdiag with the normal HD driver, and the Modded Nvidia driver with the old HD driver folder.



Edit: New patch 4 tested HDMI with old HD audio drivers and it's still fine.

Still working 100% with old HD audio drivers and doesn't effect anything else on my system so I'm loving it I guess it's a temporary band aid for those of us running Nvidia.
I'm getting my full refresh of 95 FPS in the open areas and it is staying above 50 in the absolute worst places with lot's of planes and explosions at a base.

As I was typing this I thought to check the graphic details I wasn't on all sides per frame dropped my frame rates so they run around 80 in the open and drop to 45 to 50 at worst so still good for me.
But I can't get it to lock or freeze no mater what I've done DX 11 is good for me.
