Sadly,I found out my p.c. won't play Aces High3 to good & can't be upgrade. Since I know little to nothing about computers and like everyone money is tight I need another computer. My biggest problem is I can only spend about $800.00 maximum.If possible, is there a computer new or certified refurbished ,(not used), that I can get that would let me play Aces High 3 plus be able to use Yahoo. I thank ALL of you in advance for any help.

Don't be scared of building your own. You'll get way more for the money and it's fun and rewarding, not to mention pretty easy. I just put one together using pcpartpicker.com for around $700 using my old monitor, hard drive and cd rom that runs AHIII with all the bells and whistles at 60fps. I'm sure you could get a descent build for $800 that would do a good job and be upgradable for the future.
And there are plenty here that have vast knowledge and are willing to help.

There's been a few threads about new builds suitable for your budget. You might get some ideas from those.

A good place for sketching is Pcpartpicker. They have examples, too, for various price categories.

I'd start with an Intel dual core processor @ 3.5 GHz, 8 GB of RAM, a standard hard disk, GeForce 1060 and of course a high quality power supply like a Seasonic making ~600 W plus all the rest needed for a PC. If the price doesn't get too high, a quad core processor would be next in line. You might be able to salvage some components from your current rig, especially if you have a valid license of Win7 there reusing that would save you serious money.

I just bought a new laptop for $1050 and I'm getting fantastic results in AH. I know the dollar will go a lot further with a PC. I have a 970M if you want to base your video card off that.

You can pick whatever parts you want (you can use their "system builder" functionality on their web site to pick from a huge assortment of motherboards, CPU's, RAM, PSU's, graphics cards, cases, etc.), they assemble it, test it, ship it to you, and give you a 1-year warranty on the whole system.

Then you can add whatever graphics card you want to the build.  Say you pick one in the $150-$200 range, then you have a machine that will do great at AH3 for $700-$750.

Or you could even go to a build with an i3 CPU, a slightly cheaper motherboard, and a 500 GB HD and shave $100 off that.
