Has the tower clock second hand always ticked twice in a second? Melee arena, 3015.

While in flight check the e6b. It will tell you the arena time in a digital format. Time in the Melee arena is faster than real time. If I remember correctly, it has always been like this.

You can set the fuel burn different from the speed of time.
