Printing airfields
« on: November 07, 2016, 11:21:40 PM »
Where can I print out what the different airfields look like for hangars, VH, bunkers, ect.? Years ago when I was playing the game I had them for reference when bombing a field.

Makesure they are 512x512, 8 bit BMP files and drop them into the C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High III\maps if your using the default folder.

In game bring up the maps and select the ones you want.

For some reason the download link was incomplete, it should be http://www.saunalahti.fi/plaub/1ijacMaps.pdf. For those not knowing, it's a single multi-page PDF file to be used as a scrollable map book on a separate mobile device like a tablet or a cell phone. Needless to say the artwork is by others, I've just compiled the maps on a single file.

The links on Fugitive's post contain many maps, but for the game they'd have to be converted from JPG or PNG to 8 bit BMP, 512x512.
