Bailed from Aircraft by Unknown

While attacking a bomber formation yesterday, after my failed pass (My gunnery really sucks), I was ejected from my aircraft.  One hand was on the joystick, one on the throttle and my feet were on the rudder peddles.  I did not use the enter button at any time during this engagement.  I have reviewed the aces high film and did not even see any fire coming from the bombers.  Further, my aircraft did not show any hit sprites or damage.  Has this happened to anyone else?    So there I am, watching my aircraft floating away, engines off and I'm in a chute with my 45

Did you check to see if bail may also be mapped to a button?

That has not been mapped  to controls, same with gear and other seldom used commands.

Good idea to check your mappings on all attached devices even if you never mapped it. For example rudder brakes min or max assigned as button presses have been found after updating to AH3.

True..
I had a strange slider configured to fire weapons recently..check all settings really well..

My squad mates and I have had odd things happen like bomb drop or brief gunfire without pressing those buttons in AH3.  They are rare but it does happen.
