Not holding gamma setting in tank sight

When you go to the Sight in a tank the gamma goes so bright you can not see the sight at all when against a light background. This is making GVs nearly unplayable. It does not help to change gamma settings either. You can also still not see tracers when zooming and that is in either aircraft or GVs.

Please fix this gamma problem when in GV sight. It is terrible!

Slaxer you know how to change the gunsight mode for the tank, right?

All I can tell you is about 2 updates ago something happened that totally screwed up my tank sight. I zoom-in in commander view everything looks fine. I select the graduated sight (mode 2) and any light colored terrain or the sky become so bright it washes out all markings in the sight. Never used to do this.

Just tried an M4. Sight washes out so bad it is not usable. Guess I'm done till they fix it or give some kind of advise on how to make my tank sight usable again.

Switching to the black sight really helps

You may have to map it to one of your stick buttons, but there is "Global Sight Mode Toggle" that switches the scale from white to black.

I will give the black sight a try thank you, but this issue really needs to be fixed and like I said before this was not a problem until very recently.

I just mapped out the switch today, because I was firing into the sun. The change cause a contrast shift and then the view appears to be more like HDR, by which I mean it is like a few other games where the focal point changes light intensity. Handy at least.
