« on: November 24, 2016, 07:34:24 PM »

I have tried your info and your billing email addresses and neither of them work.

How am I able to contact you over a billing issue?

If you have already tried e-mailing

support@hitechcreations.com

and they haven't responded, it may be because of their office closing the 24th through the 27th. They're a tiny company and they need holidays too. If you haven't e-mailed them there, that'd be your best bet. Try to be as detailed as possible with whatever issue you're having, and they'll get back to you ASAP.

Exactly how do you know that the info and billing e-mail addresses don't work? Is it just because you haven't got an answer or do you get an "unsuccessful delivery" message from a postmaster in between? For the first scenario you've already been answered, they're on holiday.

For the second scenario, try the support address and if that too bounces back there's an issue between your provider and theirs. There's often some error code and explanation in the "could not send" error message. At the simplest it might just be a typo, a comma instead of a dot, or that you have accidentally blacklisted their domain so look at the junk mail rules of your e-mail program. Also, if you're using an e-mail program, you can try using sending from your webmail to find out if it's in your program settings. If that's not the culprit, your ISP might have HTC blacklisted for any odd reason, even vandalism. There's multiple variables in the path.

So many smartass replies.  I've come to expect it.  Get a life?

I put this message here for support.  Thank you for letting me know they are away.

The given email addresses fail.  They don't exist on their mail server.  Error 550.  I was in IT for 30 years, I know what that means.

I am hoping the next reply is from Hitech and not some smartass with a life so empty he fills it by typing crap in here.

Thanks.

WOW! Great atitude!

Kimo pointed out that HTC is closed until monday, EskimoJoe suggested another address you could try, and Bizman pointed out the lack of detail in your post and tried to cover all the bases as to what the issue may be. Not a single "smartass" reply in the lot.

I suggest if none the the 3 addresses given work for you you might wait until Monday morning "texas" time and give them a call at (817) 431 - 8840.

I know for sure the support@hitechcreations.com is working just fine, Skuzzy and I had 5 separate emails back and forth just this past Weds afternoon

unless something has happened to the Server since then, and if it possibly has, Thank You for pointing it out so they can get it addressed and fixed

EDIT: while posting the above, I sent TEST emails to the email addresses and have not received any kick backs yet

Hope this is helpful

Have A Blessed Day,

TC

Actually "error 550" is a hard failure indicating the receiving server rejected the incoming email.

Our spam filter can cause that.  Just PM me your email address and I can put an explicit rule in the server to prevent that from being an issue for you.

We will be back in the office tomorrow.  PM me the address today, if you can, and I will take care of it first thing in the morning.
