Skin Viewer - Still Not Working

FIXED.

I tried a new vid driver and that didn't fix it, but a reinstall of the latest DirectX did the trick.

Thanks everyone for trying to help me out here.   Hopefully nobody will have the same issue but if they do at least this is one possible fix.

The game and all the utilities are designed to run with the video card settings at default.

Got it. 

It was DirectX that was screwing up.  It is working now.   Thanks for the help.
