This Panther tank was part of the 6th Company of the 5th SS "Wiking" Panzer Division in 1944. This division was made of foreign volunteers from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, the Netherlands and Belgium commanded by German officers. It served exclusively on the Eastern Front beginning its service at the start of Barbarossa in 1941 until surrendering to the Americans in Czechoslovakia in 1945.
