I haven't updated any of my old skins for a couple of years but I am going to start doing it again occasionally for some of my pre-AH3 work, beginning with this 39th FS P-47D-11. Rather than start a new thread for each update I'll just add each of them to this one. As there are a lot of images in the thread I have set it up with thumbnails, just click on the image to see the full size version.

Your skins, along with everyone elses add a layer of enjoyment to this game that is hard to explain.

Thanks for the hard but excellent work you guys do.  It really makes this more immersive and eye pleasing.

549 Sqn RAAF Spit Mk 8

I don't recall who it was but when this skin was first done they had a relative who served with the 549th. He pointed out it was a RAF squadron based in Australia & is not a RAAF unit.
