I tried to get in but figured my ranking was so bad it would not let me...need all the help I can get

it wasn't about ranking, there must have been a server problem. I changed the terrain and then it locked me out. I cant do anything
without skuzzy resetting the server. it was a bummer I was really looking forward to it myself!
