I can't figure this one out. My vox works fine, only if I'm in a plane or field gun but when I get into a gv it stops working. Any ideas on what the problem might be? FYI, I not too smart when it comes to computers lol.

Sounds like the transmit key may have been changed somehow, within Control Mode-2.
I would check under Options/Controls/Map Controllers.
You'll see a Mode Selection area with a drop down arrow.  Click on that arrow and select Mode-2 (Vehicles & Boats).
Now that you are there, verify that the button you normally transmit with in Mode-1 is the same for Mode-2.
