I've been banging this gong for a couple months - And yes, DDgamer is not new to sims, he plays absolutely everything he gets his hands on, and has a large, loyal following. He could just be the start too. Well done Brooke, HTC or its agents (ie you/etc) should keep the momentum up with this -
There is so many great opportunities like this for HTC to get great advertising for AH3, and the costs in terms of $ is pretty minimal. There is a list of a good dozen YT and Twitch flight sim gamers that would be happy to review/play AH3 as well given the opportunity, and a few of them I know are very competent pilots in other games, and would probably end up subbing and dragging some of their viewers along as well, just due to the challenge and the competitive environment.
As others said, support these channels by giving them a like and a subscribe if you follow YT/etc. There are literally millions of military/sim players out there watching these channels, and few of them have even heard of AH3 - lots of potential new players.
You could hear it in their voices, they both were having a great time, new skills to learn, new things like PT boat fire, moving carrier decks, all of it. They got kills too, IMO that's great for the review, and to show others that it isn't all that tough to get rolling in the game.
DevilDogGamer, an X-Marine vet with 3/4 of a million subs, and all he does is review/stream/play military games, and AH3 would fit right in on his channel, but he's not covered AH3. He did a quick review of AH2 a year ago, and 76 thousand people watched it. There are many, many like that channel, opportunities for AH3 to get a lot of coverage and exposure.
