Watch posts, disable flashing.

I think it would be good if each field/town had a watch post which upon destruction would disable the flashing of that particular facility when cons are near.

Then every base could be taken without a fight, because they won't flash on the map.  Any wish that promotes combat avoidance is a bad idea.
