« on: September 09, 2001, 04:03:00 PM »
Hola

What an experience!  Thanks to all of the 'Firebirds' 56 Sqn, Kraits, 249 (Gold Coast) Sqn, 418 Sqn - (Hornets) & the Wings of Death, and all other Bishops for making this a real fun night!  Nice to have an extra big turnout for our Sunday 'wing' night!    :)

Good fun our opponents - Knights!

Regards

Looked and sounded good from the other side guys.

Shame I missed the initial screaming jabo dives on the field - that must have been cool for the DX8 beta.  :)
War! Never been so much fun. War! Never been so much fun! Go to your brother, Kill him with your gun, Leave him lying in his uniform, Dying in the sun.

We all remember seeing you Soviet in that P47 and we didn't expect you to hang around!  We were wondering whether you'd be close to crapping your pants!   ;)

Yeah, was fun.

I upped form 5 and was climbing in my Ta152 for a high pass overe A4, when I saw on map a HUGE red dot coming my way, pointed to sea SW to climb thinking "here they go other 30 perks".

At this moment i saw a little black dot on sea "mmm, what's that?".

"Scratch a C47!!"  :D

and then,

"Scratch a Tiffie"

And what about the suicidial mass CV based attack on knight's HQ?

4 kamikaze killed.  :D

WTG Bishes, I was surprised you can plan something like this, you brainless bishes  :D  ;)  :p  :)

I'm remember trying to up from a field and seeing the sky full of red TYPH icons. I was thinking there goes a years supply off the Hawker assembly lines in Bishland (and also how much of a mess 20x4xHispano was going to make of my La5).

<S>! all. Now all we need is a mass IL2 raid...
