I won't be able to make all frames work, but I should be able to make three of them.

Am I disqualified on that? Or are there other factors that disqualify me? Don't answer that.

To perhaps make things a little more interesting once we get more guys I might  have us represent a squadron from the 354th. Let us take on some personas, with all of us being attached to the same squadron, and spending time together much like the real guys did!

I've just placed an order for The Pioneer Mustang Group: The 354th Fighter Group in World War II. Gonna do some research and get my persona ready. All pilots who fly under me are expected to place themselves in the shoes of a P-51 fighter jock in early 1944.

Raider,

That is always the case sir in every event. Take your seat if you get a weekend pass and miss a frame, not to worry. We will find a pick up pilot for that frame. Just give us the one week heads up.

Ahh yes, youthful exuberance. Well "B" that might not go over to good with the 50 and over crowd. Even with the addition of Ratsy, you are the only one under 50.  :rofl

I guess we'll see. What do you have in mind? Just remember when you're over 50, you just have enough energy to be yourself.  :cool:

I'm with Red on this one.  As long as I've been a cartoon pilot, my cartoon pilot persona has been based on this guy.  Can't change it now.  He's not a real WW2 pilot, nor am I.  I just play one on the computer :)

I'm torn here, I haven't flown Axis for a while but I haven't bombed for a while either. Bribe offers of (virtual) Scotch will be entertained. Glenmorangie 18yo is the preferred currency.  ;)

Yeah but...

The 354th FG was the highest scoring Mustang Group in the ETO air to air with 701 enemy aircraft shot down and we do it with less bullets.  :rock
