It seems we have some issues with the availability to spawn LVT's feet dry at most all coastline bases if the CV or BB group is in the proper position.
In most cases you can spawn in (if the ship is set to stay put in the correct area) and just suppy town instantly.

At A85 yesterday, the CV group was feet dry. As a matter of fact we were chasing the destroyers in tanks  :rofl

Was watching lvts spawn feet dry where they just had to kick the box out to resupply town A-18.
They were within about 1k of town when they spawned in.

They were coming off of a battle ship.
