x2 regeneration speed

Timings seem double speed for twn regeneration etc, maybe set to x2 game speed...dt something 10mins
5mins later its up..
30mins..15mins later its up
is there possibly a glitch/bug
Im pretty sure its not resup..anyone else notice this?
