Not much we can do about that. We do not control the Internet. Placing a server over in Europe and trying to maintain mirroring, over the Internet, is very problematic.
The cost of a dedicated connection, between here and Europe, is prohibitive and does not guarantee any difference as you still have to use the same clogged up links you are using now.
