Completely different music styles . I like some of rush's stuff and some of tool's. Never saw rush in concert...I have seen tool and they put on a great show. Tool has the edge on shock factor though lol. When I saw Tool, Maynard James Keenan came on stage wearing a leopard print corset, a red thong, fishnets, high heels, his hair in a top knot, and clown makeup.....of course being other than sober helped get that stunt over....

you rush fans are showing your age.! That or you're Canadian nationalist sympathizers.

I really do not see how they can be compared. maybe a Canadian could but they ar freaking hosers.  Rush is not a band, it is a audio book that needs to be left in print.  :old:

tool is from michigan!  canadians can't rock!  they are way to nice to rock.  rush kinda rocks because they put a woman on the mic.  only problem is, "complaining" is not "rocking".
