Aces High III Version 3.01 Patch 3 Release Notes

The following release notes list the changes to the patch 3 version of Aces High III Version 3.1.

1. Fixed an issue with cloud layers being all white in the DX9 version of the game.

2. Fixed a texture issue with the heavy cirrus cloud layer which was causing a grid to appear in it.

3. Fixed a bug in the film viewer not showing wakes after a restart of a film.

4. Added an "At Shot" check box in the shots dialog of the film viewer. The camera can now stay pointing at a plane in all 3 other modes. World Pointing has been removed because it is equivalent to world relative with the "At Shot" checked.

5. Fixed an issue with hit sprite sizes when using VR headsets.

6. Fixed an issue where CV's could go over land.

7. Fixed an issue with task group way points touching land when they should not have been.

8. Added a min distance to land radius circle around the way points when placing them.

9. Added a red circle indicating where the way point touches land if it is too close.

10. Your view point can now go below 0 in the skin viewer.

11. Made a change to the DX11 version which may improve the long pause stutter.

12. Fixed a long standing issue of the DX11 version ocean not working correctly.

13. Made some changes in the cloud system to dynamically adjust for cloud densities.
