Is there any fix in sight for the flip flop visuals?
« on: June 02, 2017, 05:48:11 PM »
I get tired of attacking planes and then see the flip flop nose up, down, left, right move that puts me out of position adjusting for it and then suddenly the enemy is flying smooth on my 6

It is well documented and there was a big discussion about it a few months back. Any progress on a fix?

When I turned off the game v-sync and changed the Nvidia basic v-sync to adaptive-sync, some do Fast-sync, that stopped and the con's flopping slowed down to normal speed. It's just a roll to 90 degrees with a nose push down which in that attitude translates to nose out wards. Then throw in up and down nose pumps for good measure. While the con does all of that and you are inside of 300, it will take an enormous amount of ammo spraying to occasionally get lucky rounds to touch his plane. For some reason if you are about 400 and the con starts doing it, a good burst stream walked into the con ends it.

Some players report the v-sync change is a god send, some it does no good. It's worked for a number of my squad mates by increasing their hit sprites versus wondering if they have rubber bullets.
