Hey shida I do use that app. It's a great alternative for calling family in other countries or texting them. I only use it for international reasons.

Yup, number and callsign and some respect for each other's numbers. Keep the whole thing running via PM.

The spawn points are not random, they cycle threw the preset points put into the terrain.

Nothing is stoping you from doing something of this sort on an unofficial level via facebook group, GroupMe or what have you. You could advertise it over the AH III facebook page for one example.
