Tu-2 rear guns can be surprisingly deadly and should not be underestimated, both arc of fire and ammo load is limited but they should be respected.

Front guns are better and it's great to fly after it's out of bombs and wait for a fighter climbing up to you who get's restless and does a final zoom climb to match your altitude.

Then you whip around and catch him when he's slow.

and what do your drones do while you are whipping around?

Sure....with lancasters and possibly mossies, I will fly with drones but the TU2 missions are usually just a reason to draw an enemy up into a high altitude intercept and then attack them usually leading to 30k worth of downhill fighting.

As far as B26s, they are really so hard to kill, I usually get killed attacking them and then chase them NOE for a surprise vulch as they land.

I know. I mean it's crazy when my F4U1C can hardly even get passed them, which means you are constantly stuck behind their 6 after every pass. Just count how many of the worlds best 20mm it took to bring them down. Imagine if I were in a Dhog. These kinds of bombers are just incredibly difficult to take down if you aren't already on top of them with alt.
