AMD graphics hazy?

Hi guys,

I think i have some kind of vision issues the game seems very hazy for me also the icons fade/blur out. When i watch an AH3 video this does not happen also when i play on my laptop(everything looks sharp and crisp). I suspect that the issue is because of my video card. Is this a known problem? I am thinking about a new computer but upgrading my video card is a much cheaper option for me if its amd otherwise i would build a comp based around a 1080 6g GTX. Until than i would like to solve the issue.

I will be able to post a screenshot by Sunday, im away for the weekend.

I chose for an octo core because i had to render allot of stuff when i bought it 4 years ago. But it also has to go its bad for games...

Used to have an AMD card and found that morphological filtering blurred things especially any text. Turn that off and see if it helps.

Uncheck the "Enable Anti-Alias" option in the games Options->Graphic Detail panel.
