I understand both sides studied the idea of tectonic and tsunami weapons. Why wouldn't be possible for 300kt to 50 MT, i noticed every time the Norks tested a small device ,under 10kt, was recorded on seismographs as mag 3-5 earthquake around the world. I read a rumor/article last month about Russian tsunami torpedo/bomb and there's an interesting ww3 prophecy about this to be used.
