I have decided to step away from G3-MF and create a new squad.  Hopefully I will still be able to participate in FSO with them as a member.  If not, I'll look for a squad to fly with.  I am pretty sure that G3-MF will keep me there though.

My intent is simple.  I am looking for new players that need training and are committed to playing the game.  I have no interest in becoming a trainer.  But I do want to start helping new players adjust to the long process of game play in AH3. 

I am looking for a XO.  I prefer an experienced player that is always working to take bases. 

This squad will be committed to taking bases and supporting taking bases.  If one member needs help, the whole squad helps if online together.

I will work with any new player with any aspect of the game.  I want players that want to be well rounded and not just one dimensional. 

Currently, I will keep my squad as Knight.  The numbers seem low there. 

I will also welcome experienced players that have proven themselves to not only play the game, but don't troll, and don't get wrapped up in drama.

Having everyone get together and work together is a plus...

Yesterday on the uterus map, we took off in x5 F4U1Ds.  Swooped in on the A44 altitude base, white flagged it, deacked it, put up and held CAP and took the field.  All because of others working together.  A great team effort.

Will continue to do those sorts of things.  Before we attacked I went on a 2 hour strat bombing run.  Would like to get more involved in that and I'll explain why we hit certain strats at certain times.  The prep work to start attacking fields, so to speak.
