Yeah, although honestly, the match play needs a lot of work. You can't choose who you want to fight against. If a new player clicks 1v1 and you are dueling with a friend, he takes the next spot. This also takes away the free flight Furball aspect. In my opinion, I think there needs to be a free for all arena, and keep the match play separate. I'd like the match play to have little more ability to choose who you want to fight against, before any scoring happens.

Unfortunately if you can choose WHO you fight how will you stop players from "gaming" the ranking system by fighting players who will allow them to win over and over to take the top spots?

It's not really about who you fight agaisnt in terms of gaming the score. It is meant to be the "dueling arena" or it is not. There is no quick free fight arena anymore. If it is a dueling arena, than people need to choose who they want to fight and "rank" should not be implemented for abuse reasons. A Match Play arena on the other hand should be scored for squads to battle other squads competitively, but it also needs to allow to choose who is in those fights and who wants to be apart of a specific fight. It's not nice if a player comes into the match and wants to be apart of a squad match play comp, and the players cannot be remove them from the specific match, if he is not invited.

What I am saying is that there needs to be a separate arena for "free flight furball not scored" and an arena for match play only. Then an arena for Dueling 1v1 only not scored. That way players can join any arena and don't feel like they are "ruining their score" by goofing off and crashing a lot.

I like the elemental simplicity of what it is right now. Rank is very simplistic and dynamic, you just show up and pitch your skills and aircraft choice against any comer. There are few possibilities to game this rank.

Actually I don't really care about it myself, just aware some people play to improve their score. The more the merrier.
