Youtube no longer uses flash.  They switched to HTML5, as the default for Chrome, IE11, Firefox, and Safari 8, in January of 2015.

OK! OK! I admit I still have flash. It is set to be required to get permission , but somehow, Vimeo had the video come right up, thus I thought it wasn't Flash. I do know the issues, but there are still some videos out there that are worth a dang, and haven't gone to HTML5.
