Keyboard issues since last update

I can't get the message window to resize with the tilde key or bail with 3 enters, all else seens OK.

As far as the tilde, when that happens to me it is because the enlarged size became the same size as the default size.  So when I manually drag the box to where I want it when maximized it starts working again.

Yep, that seemed to be the case with the window resizing. Not being able to bail may be because I was flying offline to try to figure out the window resize issue.

I have problems changing the size of the text windows with VR because it keeps jumping around.

Is it possible to have the same window size settings both in and out of VR so window sizes can be adjusted with the mouse instead of the headset?

Go int VR settings and disable the auto switch. Take off head set, press F8 for pan mode. Your mouse should then be able to move and size stuff.
