NFL Survivor Pool

I have created an NFL survivor pool for the members of Aces High.  For those of you not familiar the objective is to pick a single straight up win each week.  Pick the winning team advance.  Pick a losing team your out.  You can only pick a team once per season.  It's a lot of fun and harder then it sounds and takes no time out of your week.  Really hope we can get a decent turn out.

I'm confused. Do I pick a different team each week, or just pick one team in the very beginning?

You pick a new team every week, once you select a team you can not select that team again.
