I did not know Pipz personally, but I do know he will be greatly missed.

My condolences to Pipz's family and his friends in our community.

Unfortunately I will not be available for this honorable memorial flight.  I am picking up my wife from the hospital today.

I offer my deepest and sincerest condolences to Pipz's family and friends he flew in here with.  He was such an asset to our community and will be missed.  May he go and be with God and may his family find Peace.

Someone truly amazing has passed through our midst.  {Collins English Dictionary: "in our midst" = among us} there was no Collins Canadian Dictionary reference online, that indeed is an outrage! 

Though no longer "among us" Pipz is undoubtedly a part of us (by a wide margin, the better part of us) and we offer our condolences to his friends and family that have allowed him to become ours.  Thank you

Pipz was highly respected among the Finns.
He allways greeted us with "Kippis", finnish for "cheers"
Pipz will forever be in our hearts
