You will NEVER STOP a crazy person from killing people....NEVER....
If someone wants to kill they will kill....if you take legally owned property away from law abiding citizens then you will only have criminals with the deadly weapons....
Isn't murder against the law???? How many laws do you need on the books that will be broken by CRIMINALS???
Your aren't going to stop crazy...your gonna get people who don't break the law killed because they can't LEGALLY protect themselves...
How about we make a law against crazy people having deadly weapons??? Oh wait...a criminal is going to break the law regardless...
