Could you post the entire DXDIAG report as an attachment please?

Also, where is the microphone attached (what sound device)?

It should be attached. The mic is the G930.

You might want to consider updating the Logitec drivers.  You are running a version from 2014, and Logitec's latest release for Windows 10 is from October 2017.

Also note, if your system got the latest patches for the Intel Meltdown and Spectre virus issues, they have been causing problems like you are describing as well.

I noted a number of other application crashes on your computer as well.  Here is the information about the virus issues I mentioned.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4073757/protect-your-windows-devices-against-spectre-meltdown

If you have the any one of the following patches installed, then this could be the cause of the crashing.  I have seen wide spread reports of the problem.

KB4056893
KB4056892
KB4056891
KB4056890
KB4056888

Those are for Windows 10.  Window 7, 8, and 8.1 users have also been experiencing random crashes and reboots due to the related patches for those operating systems.  For those operating systems you can remove and block the update from coming down until Microsoft and Intel get it all sorted out.

Here is the complete list for all the operating systems; https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4073757/protect-your-windows-devices-against-spectre-meltdown

One other thing.  If your computer got the Meltdown/Spectre patches for the operating system, then you probably should be looking for updated drivers for the video card as well.  They are also impacted.  There could be a conflict between the operating system being patched and the other drivers not being patched.

Motherboard chipsets drivers are also impacted by this.

I keep thinking of things....

If Aces High III crashes, there will be a dump file in the games "temp" folder.  That file contains everything we need to know exactly what caused the crash.  You can ZIP it up (too big unless you do) and post it as an attachment in the "Bug Reort" forum with a description of what was going on at the time.
