GForce induced physical issues if you pull near blackout too much.  This would greatly enhance the game.

I never realized the effort it takes to pull to 6 Gs until I saw someone post his centrifuge G test footage on here a while ago.  I finally understood what people had been talking about.  The guy in our planes is not human.
