I think Insta-gotta-have-it-now is a bit transgenerational.

I'm not sure when the supply mode changed, it seemed like it didn't exist as the super town rebuilder. It did change didn't it? I just figure people do what people can do with what is available, I'm not banking on self restraint in a video game, it hasn't worked for me anyways.
