Not like that - you just have to cite your sources. No different than whenever I update aircraft and vehicle service dates - list your source(s) and pages etc and the argument for the change.
Most carriers are already vunderable to dive bombing attacks from late war fighters - you’ll have to explain why to HTC that high speed torpedo runs are needed and how they’ll improve gameplay. If you make a good case, they’ll consider it.
